PROGETTO IN CHIAVE CLASSICA

A full-scale renovation with a classic approach, including the redistribution of spaces. A key design requirement was to ensure the possibility of dividing the large living room in the future to create an additional bedroom.

The layout includes an entrance, living room, kitchen, two bathrooms (one master and one for guests), two bedrooms, a walk-in closet, and a laundry area. Special attention was given to optimizing storage solutions without compromising aesthetics.

Through meticulous planning, I designed the night hallway separation using built-in furniture, maximizing storage while maintaining a classic aesthetic, featuring custom-painted, framed paneling in the Old Milan style. The entire apartment was painted in a “box effect”, with walls, ceilings, and furniture in the same tone.

Particular care was also given to the bathrooms, where I meticulously studied the alignment of all material joints with sanitary fixtures and furniture to ensure a seamless and harmonious final aesthetic.
